ARIIX, “The Opportunity Company.”

The very experienced corporate owners (former executives at USANA) know they serve entrepreneurs, known as representatives.  The representatives build their own businesses utilizing the products and services provided by ARIIX.

Because ARIIX knows it serves reps first, it has created a very unique company starting with it’s Policies and Procedures – the contract most reps never read.  Included in ARIIX’s Policies & Procedures is the Bill of Rights for reps.  This document gives decision power to leading reps known as “Founder’s Club Member” to serve as a check and balance between reps and the company ARIIX.  Here are a few examples:

  • In other network marketing companies their policies state they can terminate any rep at any time; not the case with ARIIX.  The ARIIX Bill of Rights state that the Founder’s Club can veto (overturn) the termination of any rep made by the company.
  • The Founder’s Club has the same voting rights as the company on Compensation Plan changes.
  • Reps also have the right to share in the profits of the company.  This is achieved by becoming a Founder’s Club member, which shares ~45% of corporate profits.  This is over and above the 51% compensation plan (mentioned below).

ARIIX products are made for customers with the focus on 360 degrees of health.  The idea being that eating healthy, by itself, does not equal a healthy body; one must also avoid toxins.  Toxins are everywhere in our environment.  The ARIIX products are made with clean and safe ingredients.  Product brands include nutrition, detox, skin and hair care, weight management, essential oils, water/air filtration, energy drinks as well as lifestyle perks.  Customer’s positive results combined with lifestyle perks are the glue that retain customers/reps.  The perks are deep discounts on travel (50+%), custom top tier diamonds & jewelry (up to 50%) and medical plans that save (depending on the individual) thousands of dollars per year.

Another uniqueness is the ARIIX compensation plan.  It is not a hybrid.  It is completely different and covered by three patents.  It pays 51% of sales dollars (not points).  It has no caps of any kind.  It doesn’t use tricks to keep reps from earning money such as “paid as title” (you get 6 who hit a specific title, by sponsoring 4 who hit a specific title, by sponsoring 3 who hit a specific title) nor does it pay reps LESS when an organization gets bigger (break-away and differential plans).  In the first 7 years the compensation plan has paid 57 reps a million USD and 5,401 reps an average of $286,000.
